Refund & Returns
Policy

At SpongeLab, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of SpongeLab NoTouch™. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.

Eligibility

  • Request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or visibly worn products
  • Items damaged due to improper use or care
  • Clearance or promotional final sale items (if applicable)

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
